我MS Outlook 的.pst file只有1.01GB, 但唔知點解忽然間開唔到. 請問有冇人可以幫下我? 我裡面D資料好重要架..

當right properties時可清楚見到個file size有1.01GB 但係去到Summary時就完全空白咩資料都冇. 我試過用MS Outlook再開. 但就show "Can’t open file: C:\outlook\C drive\2002 Jan.pst. The file may not exist, you may not have permission to open it, or it may be open in another program. Right-click the folder that contains the file, and then click Properties to check your permissions for the folder." 只有"OK" 俾我CLICK...

微軟有出一支 fixpst 的程式
但不保証可以修得好

我用過是可以修, 不過不是整個資料都救的回來.

我自己的經驗是會少個幾十封信吧. :cry:

基本上Outlook 的.pst 檔大於2G才會發生無法開起的那種現象. 從你post上來的message 看來, 感覺是權限問題. 你要不要確認一下你那.pst檔的權限是否正確.

For working with corrupted or lost pst files you may use outlook pst file repair. The program can work under all windows os, views restored outlook data, easy to use.
